The doctor did not offer to explain what was wrong with my eyes in a satisfactory manner. I managed to catch a key word in his brief comment—“dry”—and ask questions that provided some explanation. It would have been better if he had taken the time to volunteer a fuller explanation. The nurse was no better. And why automatically initiate the reading-chart process when clearly I am there not for a concern about vision but for concern about a dry-eyes condition?
Dr Suelflow and his staff are very professional and efficient.
