from the very start, this roofing company has been outstanding. They were extremely courteous, detailed, punctual, and honest throughout the whole roof replacement process. Their rep, ian, took the time to explain everything clearly, sometimes more than twice, and went through every detail about the roofing materials, color options, gutters, ventilation, and workmanship. My previous roof replacement did not go smoothly, so I was not excited about going through another roofing project. This time, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brett came out to give me a quote for my roof and was very well prepared. He clearly explained the roofing process, how the new roof would be installed, and the labor and manufacturer warranties. I chose to move forward with the roof replacement, and during the inspection they found more plywood damage than expected.
