Very good service. I had an issue, which they diagnosed. When they didn't find anything wrong with the car, they decided not to charge me. Friendly and professional.
Noe in the parts department was super helpful! He helped me find a tricky part I needed and saved me a ton of time and money. He was also very friendly!!! Thank you so much Noe! <3
Young Kia charges $90 for service. These guys charge $200. Also if you try to get repairs done here they won't waive the service fee. They also don't take diagnostics done by another KIA dealership and will charge you to diagnose again. If my post-service experience improves when I pick up the car I'll edit this review.
I have been to this location for service several times. Each time they are timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. I’d definitely it key recommend them to a friend!
I took my 2016 Kia Soul in for service, and they gave me a wrong diagnosis and did a poor job. In December, they replaced the catalytic converter, which they said was faulty, but as soon as I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on, even though it wasn't on when I brought it in. I immediately returned, they hooked it up to the scanner, and said it was because they hadn't replaced the oxygen sensor on the catalytic converter.
