Lee in the service dept was excellent and I am very pleased. This is my 3rd Kia sportage, never had a problem gave the first one to my daughter, drove the 2nd 210,000 miles and gave it to another kid. This is my newest, loved the service dept, fast efficient and great work!

6/27- Edit: now 3 stars. Matt, Logan, Kaylie, Juan, and Mike F were great. The code popped up again, so I called in advance to get it scanned. Initially, no one answered and it went to voicemail but I called again. They said it was a history code and nothing they could do. They were nice and ran it through the carwash for me, where the check engine light yet again turned on. They are now setting me up with a loaner car and working on it.
