6/27- Edit: now 3 stars. Matt, Logan, Kaylie, Juan, and Mike F were great. The code popped up again, so I called in advance to get it scanned. Initially, no one answered and it went to voicemail but I called again. They said it was a history code and nothing they could do. They were nice and ran it through the carwash for me, where the check engine light yet again turned on. They are now setting me up with a loaner car and working on it. Extremely excessive wait time for an oil change with an appointment.
Very thankful for the service team at Jerry Seiner Kia. I came in from Missouri and wouldn’t have made it the 1500+ mile trip back home safely without an oil change here in Utah. I greatly appreciate the timeliness of the team getting me in and my car taken care of. Thanks again to everyone working together to squeeze my vehicle in last minute and ensuring I can make it home safely. It’s relieving to know I found a trustworthy certified Kia service department with a wonderful team for when I visit family out in Utah.
Very good service. I had an issue, which they diagnosed. When they didn't find anything wrong with the car, they decided not to charge me. Friendly and professional.
