I took my 2016 Kia Soul in for service, and they gave me a wrong diagnosis and did a poor job. In December, they replaced the catalytic converter, which they said was faulty, but as soon as I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on, even though it wasn't on when I brought it in. I immediately returned, they hooked it up to the scanner, and said it was because they hadn't replaced the oxygen sensor on the catalytic converter. I took my vehicle here for a recall and they are seriously top notch. Julian was there to help as soon as I drove in and he took great care of me from start to finish. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable and I was able to wait because the service took less than an hour. They performed a thorough complimentary inspection and even washed the vehicle. Would definitely recommend taking your Kia here for guaranteed quality and service.
Went in for a prepaid oil change and ended up with rather expensive additional services. Upon expressing my concerns they listened to me and responded in a satisfactory manner.
I've been here a few times for recalls, and warranty work and the staff is always top notch. Matt the service advisor is great and the tech Jim that test drove the car was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The way they communicate through the app and keep you in the loop on the car status is great when trying to plan picking up the car, etc.
Lee was an outstanding guy!! The service was amazing! They stayed late after hours just to finish an unexpected issue so I wouldn’t have to keep my car there over the weekend. The staff even drove all the way to South Jordan just to get me the unexpected part I needed knowing they would have to stay working after closing. Great staff! 10/10
