I have to wait for about two minutes for the guy who helped me, to finished his snack and conversation with his coworker. When he helped it was a fast service.
Heather the manager was incredible to work with. We bought a new Yukon out of state that had a paint defect and Jerry Seiner is where we have all of our work done on cars. The collision shop was amazing super responsive and had the job done quick.
All I need to say is that they had my car for exactly 4 months. Dropped off on June 26 and picked up October 24th. And it was just a fender bender. No airbags, not even the quarter panels were damaged. Hood didn't even had to be replaced, just repaired. And the front fascia plastic parts. Then we go pick it up in October and there is more damage to other parts of the car than when we brought it. So they had to keep it for another week. Terrible customer service. Shockingly good experience. I hate having to bring my car in for work but it was super smooth (I also used insurance which helps). Great customer service
Wonderful competent professionals who took care of the collision damage caused by the other party, and dealt with her insurance company. Recommend highly!
