Scot Phillips was absolutely amazing, he found me a vehicle that fit my family of 8 within the hour. He was able to get me into a SUV I could afford and that would work for our family. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Jerry Seiner Chevrolet is a very clean dealership and right off the freeway, easy to find and get to. I will be buying my next car through Scott, he made buying a car a breeze for me, and I left the dealership very happy.
We came in to buy a used GMC truck. The price was as attractive and Jerel, our salesman was very helpful and accommodating. We made a deal with Brody, the sales manager that we thought was very fair. I informed sales via online, text messengers and over the phone of what vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I provided the VIN number and stock number. Informed the sales associates the date and time I would be in to inspect this new 2025 AT4 GMC truck,… the sales associate informed me they lost the vehicle! I gave specific details why I wanted this particular truck! Very disappointed to have nothing similar to what I actually requested!
