Bryon in service was great with great communication
Absolutely one of the worst service department experiences. Took a Yukon in for an oil change that came with the purchase. Came back 3 hrs later and they hadn’t done anything. Had also requested my steering wheel get adjusted under warranty. They finally got the oil changed after 4hrs and said I would have to come back to get the steering adjusted. Schedule an appointment for week later requested a loaner car due to the first issue two days later they still hadn’t looked at our Yukon returned the loaner car after wasting day... read more
Great customer service . I showed up to do last minute oil change and they did it no problem. Also got me a ride home through Lyft .

I had a fantastic experience buying my car here. Scot Phillips was one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He never pressured me or acted like he knew everything; if he didn’t have an answer, he found it and got back to me the next day.
