I get used has not warranty, but minutes after buying a $30,000 truck with low miles, AC doesn't work right, took it back, they say "Well, it's gonna cost you Hundreds to Thousands to fix" WTH? Day 4 I get a car wash and my feet get wet? You are telling me you guys didn't notice WATER dripping into the cab when you detailed it? NEVER will I buy a car or truck from this place!! I get both of my Nissans serviced here and this is why. When you pull in you to get service on your vehicle, you will be greeted by either Bryon or Blake. They will then take over and quickly get someone assigned to your vehicle (it is much easier if you schedule an appointment but not necessary). Everyone of the technicians in the shop will thoroughly go through your vehicle in depth. At that time, they will let you know in advance what is wrong with your vehicle. CLEAN HOUSE!! on all levels
My husband and I have bought a new GMC Acadia from Scot at Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake, and I would have to say that it’s the best buying experience we’ve ever had. The whole sales team is amazing from Scot to Clay and everyone that had anything to do with our deal. I have recommended them to everyone looking for a car in the future.
WORST vehicle buying experience my wife and I have EVER had....we came in wanting our dream SUV...put a deposit to hold it AND an additional car we found; came back 1 week later to sign the papers and drive off with our dream vehicles....came back and paperwork was wrong....our names were wrong...our quoted prices were wrong...the vehicle's weren't prepped...floor mats that were promised were "forgotten" and body damage on the car they wouldn't address.....service and follow up is NOT this cluster of dealerships interest
Went in last Nov to look at a truck, didn’t have it in stock but figured I’d try to work out a deal over the phone when they got one in stock, they told me it would be worth my while to travel out of state to purchase from them and they would give me a great deal with no haggling. They eventually got in the truck I wanted and gave me a price (over 2000 more than the internet price) as well as a low ball offer on a trade in.
