We typically deal with Kelly and have had outstanding service. Always quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. Very happy with their office
We've been with Jerry Sallee for 8 years not and until recently didn't need to go in for policy changes. But, when we did because of a new car, down grading a car, and taking one off it was a very nice experience. Kelly helped me walk through my policy and explained our different options and was very informative. She called me out of the blue to tell us our policy was going down and how we could save more. Definitely would recommend this office!
Patti was great helping me reevaluate the amount of insurance my family needed both for our cars and our home. Even saved us some money on some services we were over insured for! It was a great experience.
If you enjoy being greeted by a smile when you call this is the place! The ladies are always happy to help. They are very knowledgeable. They are very helpful in exploring options with you regarding your insurance needs. Over the past 25 plus years with them I’ve had a couple floods from burst pipes in our home. They were extremely easy to work with and paid the contractor invoices to put the house back together again. I do appreciate this State Farm office greatly!
