Wow, what truly exceptional service! Tim and his very able assistant, Aubrey, did an incredible job repairing my old GE electric wall oven, but more importantly they have my 1950 Chambers stove in tip top working condition. It has not been easy to find someone to service my beloved Chambers stove that belonged to my grandmother, then my mother and now is one of my most prized possessions. Tim the owner of Jerry’s Appliance came over a few days ago to fix our dishwasher. We spoke on the phone twice before he came because he is throughout and wanted to be sure he knew exactly what was wrong before coming out. He asked all the right questions so when he came out he had exactly what he needed to fix it. He was very reasonably price and he is the type of guy that genuinely wants to help. Jerry’s Appliance & Service Co. Inc. sent a man named Tim out to check out my refrigerator and freezer as it wasn’t working properly and we were prepared to drop a few thousand on a new unit completely.... but before we knew it, Tim had found the issue and fixed it, and it only cost 110$ for the repair. I am so grateful that we did not have to buy a new fridge completely! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
