Absolutely unacceptable! This office refused to schedule an appointment for my husband—even a month out—essentially turning him away as a new patient without offering any real solution. If this is how they treat people before even stepping in the door, I can't imagine the level of care (or lack thereof) once you're a patient. Dismissive, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. My wife and I are very satisfied with the level of care Dr. Jerry Reimer provides. However, his staff is horrible! Long wait times, unfriendly staff, and most importantly his referral section is non-existent. We had to call the office manager, on three occasions, to get our referrals through. It's so bad that we started receiving calls from the specialist offices, that were refered by the doctor, seeking our help with the referral. I would give Dr. Reimer five stars, but his office staff subtracts four.
