Totally unprofessional! He came and gave me a quote and I agreed to the work. I called to schedule a time and was ignored. When the woman finally called me back 2 weeks later she flat out told me that she didn't call me back because she thought I was another person! When I told her the work he quoted she got upset that he quoted too low. She told me they had a busy schedule and would 'fit me in someday that week' so I just had to wait at the house all day.
