Took my car in because the a/c wasn't blowing cold air. Got it back and the a/c controls on my panel no longer work. They were working when I dropped the car off. Took it back and was told that the electrical (only for a/c buttons) was bad and that wasn't included in the 1k it cost to repair the a/c. I asked why their mechanic DIDN'T CHECK and inform me that the a/c works, but you can't use it BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO CONTROL BUTTONS THAT WORK?
