I have been a customer for 30 years with initially Jerry, and mostly Shawn, and he and his office have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to service my large family's needs. I would recommend anyone looking for a good agent to come meet with Shawn and his staff before closing another provider. Shawn is the best agent I have ever had in my life. He is extremely thorough to make sure you have the best coverage, but also finding ways to ensure you don't pay too much. Also, I needed to file a claim. Most agents will pass you off to claims department and not want to be bothered. Shawn walked me through every step to make sure I handled a claim correctly.
