The flavoring is pitiful on the BBQ. I have tried them off and on over the years to see if their food has improved and in my opinion it has not improved at all. If your looking for good BBQ Jerry Neal's isn't the place. Your better off going to golden coral or western sizzler. There is a guy in Lavaca, ar that has a BBQ stand called rub em tender that serves BBQ and chicken that will blow you away. It is mouth watering good. Now he has what I call BBQ. Jerry Neal has low grade dig food in my opinion.
Not only does the food stink, But he is also a thief. This guy stole thousands from a company he used to work at and used it to open his own resturant. The only reason this chump didnt goto jail is because the guy he stole from didnt want to see jerrys family suffer. Dont support a thief go somewhere else and eat.
My husband and I and our 3 year old came in to eat. We ordered a combo dinner that included a drink and we ordered a kids meal thinking that the drink was included. After we ordered and she handed us the receipt, we noticed that they charged us $1.69 for a kids drink. When my husband went back up there to ask her about it, she was very rude, so my husband said he wanted his money back on the kids drink. We will not be back.
