Not happy how this system works with medication but I can’t get mom’s medication filled for amlodioine. They are trying to kill her. After so many attempts, they won’t fill it because it was last filled 6 months ago. OptumRX had sent many bottles and she was using those up. She was last seen by De Miller and he prescribed them to her. They are stuck in a vicious cycle of poor customer service and can’t get a hold of anyone that can give a common courtesy call to clarify things, they call at weird hours and always miss the ca... read more
I had an appointment at 11 i got here they charged my card at 11:03 and they cancelled my appointment cause i was “late” this is some BS. And then they wanted me to reschedule like if we had time WE WORK!
