Dr. Lucas is a great Dr! But far as trying to schedule with him has been a nightmare. I’m a Veteran, so the VA covers my costs. The girls that answer the phone is highly disrespectful & not too knowledgable about their job nor position. Someone was suppose to call me within 5-7 days in regards to my maternity care. Being that it did not happen, I took it upon myself, to attempt to get the care I needed. The girl got nasty because no one called me 😂 isn’t that you guys job to do that? Dr. Lucas, Was super caring and understanding he took the time to thoroughly explain in detail about my medical visit. He made the entire visit easy and comfortable. Took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
Dr. Lucas. Is the most amazing, caring, compassionate, professional, realistic Dr I’ve ever had. He delivered my son in 2022 and did my surgery in 2025. And his hand are a gift from God! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone!
The absolute best OB I have ever seen! He handled my whole pregnancy with care. He listened and had great bedside manner. 10/10
