Sadly, this used to be a good place for insurance. Unfortunately, mostly the agent's son is mostly running the business now while the agent is mostly retired. Bad service. He will not fight for the customers. Me and my daughters moved agents. My daughter was going to lose her car insurance even with an impeccable driving record. Harold Dishner's office easily kept her on with St Farm. Jeremy does as little as possible yet continues to get paid for nothing. Ridiculous!
