I was fed up with not ever being able to see out of my glasses and ready to call it quits until my last visit. Enter Terri. She listened to me and didn't make me feel stupid. She fixed it. Really fixed it. She told me she could and she did. She never told me it was me or to just wear them. She smiled and said I was in good hands and she could guarantee Id leave happy. Not only am I happy I'm certain I will see her again. Because I will be back!

Doctors Paul and Jamie Bertram are professional, skilled, responsive, and caring. It is a pleasure to be in their care. They have my highest recommendation since our first visit, but this summer they provided excellent and timely support to my husband when he had a sudden change to his vision. You need the timely help and want the compassionate treatment he received when something as critical as your eyesight is at stake.
I have been going to them now for almost 4 years. The check in process is easy and they are always on time.
Dr. Lauer is very kind, helpful, and always available when I need him. He answers all of my questions and makes me feel very comfortable.
