They made a clerical error on my paperwork then blamed me for not noticing it when they refused to help after someone ran a stop sign and t-boned me. The lead agent could have helped if he wanted to but chose not to based on his personal feelings about their clerical error.
Excellent service. The State Farm customer service line is frustrating. But that has nothing to do with the great people here.
