These folks can't even figure out how to schedule. Seems like the call taker had her "I am sorry" excuse reply well rehearsed. How does one trust a provider when their front desk is incompetent?
Felt just like going to a used car lot, except instead of cars they were pushing CPAP machines, which are obviously a big money maker for them. Never mentioned options like BMTI (which is ultimately what helped me) or dental apnea appliances. Also overstated how bad my sleep test results were--they made it sound life threatening when it fact my apnea was relatively mild according to two other docs who reviewed them.
