Jerry I'm the guy that you told to buy my own rear suburban tailgate glass. so I did, it took 5 months to get. Now you give me the run around. "call me next week, i'm busy" next week I'll call you tomorrow to see if my glass guy will do it. no call back. Why tell me to order the glass if you wont install it? Chris went above and beyond for me. I needed the driver door replaced on my Acura MDX and I'm lucky I found Chris. He was recommended by my mechanic at Ralphs Auto. Over the phone, he was personable and enthusiastic to help. I brought the car over same day and, since it wasn't a huge job, he prioritized me immediately.
