Everybody that helped us was very professional and courteous.
I got hit by a commercial truck while in Santa Cruz for the weekend and got a tow here. Got a free estimate. They helped me figure out that my car was still drivable. The entire team (Alicia and Carlos) was courteous and professional and went out of their way to be helpful.
The team at Jerry Graham are well organized and efficient, and did a great job repairing my vehicle. When the schedule was delayed by parts delivery and I needed to travel before they could complete the repair, they kindly moved my vehicle to its parking spot in my building and put the dust cover on it. Excellent service!
