We flew in from out of state for just a few days to look at homes in the Prescott Valley area. Jerry spent several hours with us the first day, giving us an overview of the entire area. He asked us the right questions, listened, and helped us narrow it down to a few neighborhoods, and the following day had several homes for us to see. Jerry's marketing presentation was very impressive and he delivered the same night we signed the listing contract - sign was up, MLS was posted, video was on line, social media sites were used and he had an Open House schedueld for the next weekend. The most impressive part was that he did this for 2 houses simultaneously (mine and my sister's property). Both houses sold within 4 days for more than we had expected. My wife and I originally visited a property that Jerry had listed. We noticed another one for sale in the same neighborhood and actually liked it more. Jerry was the agent for the purchase of our Yavapai Hills home. We soon came to terms with the seller. The problems began with our attempt to secure financing. The bank put up every roadblock they could think of. No sooner would we fulfill a demand, another one arose. Jerry was instrumental in aquiring the information and dealing with the banks demands on more than one occasion. Had the decision been up to me alone, I would have told the bank to go tp hell! But Jerry maintained his composure and the demands were satisfied.

It was great working with Jerry. He is an excellent agent and knows his stuff. He was always there for us in our home search.
