People are loud and disrespectful inside

Nice place to study!
I had been screamed at for missing a room appointment and accused of booking rooms under a different name which had not been done, not to mention it was missed due to a medical emergency. No apology, just not Christian like attitude. Would not recommend going here staff are awful. On top of all of this the staff lied about being manager and said that he was the manager when he in fact was not
