Scammers – whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here. i would call to follow-up on the "progress" of my car being "fixed," the j*rk that would answer the telephone is the owners son...WOW!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THIS LITTLE GUY. if i were his dad, i wouldn't let him answer the phone. Not the best place – I was referred to this place by another car specialist. Overall these guys did a decent job, but it took them 2 months as oppposed to promissed 1 week. They never called me to update on the status of repairs- I had to do it myself. Some of the work we agreed on wasn't finished, and I had to even fix some minor things myself. They treat you like a neighbor! – My car was stolen, and when the police found it, had damage to the passenger window, door panel exterior and steering column. Jerry Ernst Auto Body was recommended by a friend, so not knowing of anyone else to trust I took my car there. I did not have rental car coverage with my auto policy, and was happy to be loaned a car for the couple of days it would take to repair mine.
