This has got to be the most ridiculous and unprofessional place I have dealt with in a very long time. They had my husband drop his truck off, Uber home, then they called hours later to let us know we could pick it up so we drove all the way back to get it, only to discover that it was not fixed at all! We need our truck for work and so we wanted to just take it and bring it back tomorrow at some point and they refused to give us the keys until we paid in FULL for a service that was not provided properly.
