Purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 from Jerry's GMC and got hail damage in June of 2025. I took it back to the collision center at Jerry's for repairs and spoke to Carter McCullough. I could not have been happier with the repairs or the process. He made everything so easy and hassle free, stayed in contact with me all along the way. Got an estimate that was originally supposed to be customer pay, called back later because I needed it submitted directly to the insurance company instead. They refused to submit it to the company even though they had already done the estimate unless I drove back to have them do it all over again... I live an hour and a half away. Then the lead time to get my vehicle into the shop for repair was a minimum of 8 weeks. Donnie was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable...I went in for my hail claim and he was very cordial.....Very good addition to the Service personnel there!!!👏👏
