Contacted them to perform some sprinkler maintenance. He then texts me asking what I need and I responded. It's been 5 days and still no response to the services I need. I called a company in niceville and immediately got an appointment. Don't waste your time
Substandard communication. I had to contact him repeatedly, leaving multiple voicemails, in order to get in contact with him after he serviced my irrigation system in the fall. I was understanding to his circumstances related to illness. I was sent a bill with no information in to what the findings were or what work was completed. I still have yet too find out what the cause of my increased water use was and had to have another company review my irrigation system after Jerry's completed work.
