We've been with this firm for 33 years. Recently, the level of customer service has dropped significantly. It's become very impersonal, with boilerplate emails, demands for us to take and send photos of our house so they can reassess our home policy and email queries from me that are answered without so much as a "Thank You." We used to hear from Jerry Doherty, himself ... on a thing called the telephone. Where did you go, Jerry?

I’ve had State Farm since I was 16 and just recently transferred to their office. They made the transfer very easy and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend their services!

This review is for Leigh Ann and State Farm in general. I was involved In a freak accident leaving work 6/12/24 at 7:30 pm. A truck hit a light pole and it fell on top of my car and I am lucky to be alive. The last thing you want to do is deal with insurance. I wish it was that easy. I called State Farm and made a claim. I was told that a tow truck was on its way. I was stranded on a bad side of town at a BP. I called State Farm and I spent hours on hold and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone.
