Jerry’s team at State Farm has been incredible. Particularly Lisa, she has helped whenever I need it most. Unfortunately had back to back hit & run situations not long ago, and she was quick to help and assist me throughout the claim process!
I would give more stars if I could. I've never had a bad experience at contacting or getting anything accomplished. Lisa is AMAZING, she was so kind and patient with me.

Although State Farm's main office was responsive in handling a beneficiary claim quickly, an attempt to talk with agent Jerry Davis was unsuccessful. An email address provided for him didn't work, so the assistant provided her address, yet no response was every received back from Mr. Davis or anyone in his office.
