Very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional to fix several issues with our heat in less than 1 hours for less than 1/6th of the cost quoted to us by another company. His honesty, work ethic, integrity, and skill truly set him apart. We'll happily use Jerry Cooke Heating & Cooling, Inc (especially, Brian) for all of our future HVAC needs. I have been doing business with these guys since 1995 when I built my first new home. I have continued to use them on several other personal properties. Now as a realtor, I'm using them on my listings. They are honest and trustworthy, but most of all highly experienced professionals. If you need a heat and air professional, this is your guy!!
These guys are amazing. They don't rack up a huge bill on you. They stand behind their work and the techs are some of the nicest people you could ever want working on you stuff. They installed the unit in my new home and was nice enough to fill out and do all the warranty info. I don't find this out til after I bought the house and had some trouble with the until (manufacturing defect) that they had done all the work to make sure my warranty was valid. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC system. Trust me use these guys ... read more

They saved the day! We had been without AC for 2 weeks as the temps started going up. We originally tried to get a different company out and had trouble. We heard about this company through a friend. They were very professional, polite and even though they were very busy, they made us feel like a priority! Thanks guys!
