The reception/glasses area is a bit overwhelming due to the size and number of people. Was concerned that I would just be a number and not expecting any personalized service. As long as I got my vision corrected, I guess that's all we really need though. In the examination room however, Dr. Glatter-Götz asked me questions and listened to my answers.
