Excellent customer that service goes above and beyond. The only place in the tri city area to have the part we needed in stock. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Best source for parts, maintenance and accessories. – Hands down, the best one-stop shop for your Harley needs...and then some. I know when I shop at Jerry B's that I am getting TRUE, HONEST service. Because of their many years of experience, they have a keen sense of anticipating the customers' wants and needs. They WANT to know their customers. Whether it's regarding maintenance, repairs or accessories, they always have my best interest in mind.
BEST HARLEY MECHANIC! – Jerry is the best motor cycle mechanic. He knows what he's doing and his price is always fair. I feel very confident in him as my mechanic and as a friend. Michelle knows her motorcycle stuff. If you need anything, see Michelle.
Best Harley only bike repair shop ! – I got into biking in 1997 and quickly became disappointed with the dealerships . I then was referred to Jerry B's by a friend and I have never been disappointed since . Both Jerry and his wife Michele provide the personal expertise and care that I couldn't get from any of the dealers . # 1 IN SALES AND SERVICE – I have known and trusted the folks at Jerry B's Cycle Works since 1992. You can't find nicer or more knowledgeable people when it comes to Harleys and accessories. Jerry B is the only "wrench" I trust my bike to as I know he is the only person that will touch it wether it's there for service or "more shinny stuff". Cycle Works is the # 1 "get it done right the first time" shop in the Metro Detroit area.
Doug's review – If you're a pure dyed in the wool Harley rider and lover you will like the way both you and your machine get treated at Jerry B's. He will tell it like it is and does all the work himself so you know exactly who handled the service on the love of your life!
