I went 4 times. At initial appointment all looked well, but then when I had issues I noticed either staff or Dr don’t care. Called numerous times and after the follow up appointments nothing has been followed by him. I went to another Dr and she immodestly resolved all my concerns. The front desk their is also rude

Dr Best sure lives up to his name. He is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. His bedside manner is unmatched. I feel comfortable bringing up issues or concerns, and he always does what he can to address and provides care to those issues. I feel lucky to be his patient.
Dr. Best is an experienced physician providing excellent medical care for his patients.
I always receive exceptional care when I visit Dr Best at NCH. Dr Best is a great listener and is never in a rush to answer all my questions. I am very fortunate I am under his care
