Very kind man we had no ac on a 85 degree holiday weekend, and he came out and was very thorough. Didnt charge me any outrageous emergency fee for it being the weekend. I ended up needing a whole new A/C unit but i was able to bill it to my home insurance due to the fire next door that happened earlier that year. Though it didnt cover the cost for a new A/C UNIT, jerry agreed to give me a nice used one for whatever the check they cut me ended up being.
