Dr. Rose put porcelain caps on my daughter and didn't seal them correctly. I paid out-of-pocket 3k and after a follow up visit to show him the discoloration and that it wasn't right, he refused to fix them stating nothing was wrong. Just a few weeks later her tooth broke off. The assistant said they did xrays and all looked well. After getting a second opinion the new dentist said the xrays would've shown the decaying tooth under the crown and a procedure to fix it would've saved the tooth.
