I will NEVER, EVER USE Jerri Bob's again ! I sent out a package through their service and THEY put the WRONG TOWN and DID not match with the Zip Code, hence returned to me. Call them and to let them know and find out what to do, the girl handed me over to man (while phone was down) heard him day "I doubt it, they put the wrong address", so when he got on the phone, I told him "are you saying I'm lying ?" he said what's the problem rudely, I explained again and he says to me "so what do you want me to do ?" I mailed a box from the post office the same weight and service and paid less than half. Before I wrote this review I wrote them and no reply.
Jerribobs Mail Service, 1413 Highway 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575, was used by our customer to return an item to the manufacturer in the same packaging that it was shipped in. Jerribobs Mail Service charged our customer $140.33 for shipping. The manufacturer’s cost to ship the item to the customer was $57.20. Jerribobs charged an additional $83.13. As a small business, we find that to be excessive.
