Just a miserably frustrating customer service experience. I called weekly for a month to get a pool quote and spoke with someone directly who took my contact information, no one would ever call me back. When I would contact them again they would act like that was the first time we had talked. Eventually I just gave up. A year later (don’t ask me why) I called again and to my surprise they set up a home visit the following week. My wife and I stayed home from work and they never showed up.
