We recently took our boy (dog) for post procedure checks after he received significant stitches on his paw. Our boy has alot of anxiety and classically hates vets, and any stranger getting near him and his paws. The staff there understood his needs and worked with us and him to conduct the checkup, and a week later to remove the stitches. They showed immense patience in making sure he was as comfortable and calm and possible. From routine immunisations to life saving emergency surgery the team have always gone above and beyond to ensure my pets receive the best care possible. I could not praise the team enough, it means the world to me to know my loved pets are in such safe hands.
