I was referred to this Group and it took several calls to get an appointment for a kidney stone. The next day after the appointment was made I got two more calls trying to set an appointment. The office staff is disorganized. I finally got that appointment on April 20 and was told the surgical schedule staff would contact me within the week to set up a procedure to have Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy done. My husband was referred to Dr. Hackney by our physician for a serious issue, possible prostate cancer. Dr. Hackney prescribed medication for 30 days, after which my husband was to have further tests and return for a follow-up appointment. We were relieved at first, but...where is the prescription? Our pharmacy has received nothing. We've checked daily with both his office and our pharmacy. Tomorrow will be one week since he was seen by Dr. Hackney.
