Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Zink that was, unfortunately, one of the worst medical visits I have experienced. The nurse and doctor demonstrated unprofessionalism, rudeness, and impatience. Although I had numerous questions and concerns regarding my health, their poor treatment led me to decide to seek care from a different physician or even an alternative clinic. I am deeply disappointed with Kaiser Permanente!
The most empathetic and understanding doctor I've ever met in my life. He treated my husband with such care and respect that it was practically unbelievable. I will recommend Dr. Zink to anyone and everyone. The absolute best doctor we have ever come across.
