We truly love the area and location of our new home, but unfortunately, our experience with Pulte’s repair team within the first year has been extremely disappointing. Instead of resolving issues, they often do the bare minimum, which leads to recurring or even bigger problems down the road. pulte home is amazing with great support, specifically for Jerome Village !! Amazing home quality and great school district 9-10/10 for elementary middle to high school. Great and safe neighbors, Pulte home design is very spacious and effective with modern design. Scott construction manager is amazing as well!
