I love Dr. Washington himself, but his staff I’m not completely happy with. I received a call from his office about a new prescription he wanted me to take and was advised she was going to call it to my pharmacy. I had to call their office 4 days in a row asking about it. Each time I was told it would be called in right away, however I still had to call again and again and each time I was told it would be called in as soon as we hung up.
