I had surgery with Dr. Washington, and it has been the WORST medical experience of my life. He operated on me while my hemoglobin was critically low (6), which is below the hospital standard of (8). I was so fatigued after surgery I could not remove my clothes or shower for 4 days. My legs felt heavy and I could not stay awake. Washington should not be in practice with females. He was making fun of my hormonal changes and trying to crack jokes with my husband when I was clearly upset. They charged me a ridiculous amount for a joke of a visit. The AC was out and it took him over an hour to see me, just to not give me any insightful feedback or any sort of checkup as a first time mom. My experience in 2020- Dr. Washington filled in for my regular ob when I went into labor a couple of days earlier than my scheduled c section. I was having contractions that slowed down after being administered pain medicine for the contractions. He came in and treated me like a burden, telling me that I was not in labor. I was told that if I dilated to 1 cm, I would be given a c section. During labor, the team was also checking my baby via ultrasound to make sure she was okay with movement.
