Terrible office. Uncoordinated and there are days they can’t even answer the phone, it just rings and rings. Don’t make the mistake to leave a message and think someone is going to respond either. It’s not going to happen.
We waited over a month for this appointment, was texted almost everyday to confirm, even the night before, get there at 9am,for a 9:30 appointment to do paperwork, we were there until 9:20 when they tell us Doctor not coming in until at least 10:30. Then the receptionist said that they called last night to cancel,they never called us,why say that, very disappointed I thought since Southside recommended him,we would try.My husband is 82 and on oxygen, the office didn't care at all.
