Was not happy with my visit. Certainly finding a new person. I felt unheard with my concerns. Everything I said he had a response that shut down any concerns and not in a good way. I have pcos. I know what is normal for MY body. He made it seem as if I knew nothing. I was under the impression I was getting another opinion on a situation a different facility found instead of that I was basically told what I’m experiencing is normal because “pcos means irregular, what you’re experiencing is irregular” I get that. Fantastic Doctor delivered my son 14 years ago via c-section as he was a little over 10 pounds. No problems what so ever Wonderful bedside manners and very caring doctor and highly intelligent. Best ob/gyn EVER in my opinion. Love Dr. Ponder.... he's always been a fantastic physician.
I am saddened to see the negative reviews in regards to Dr.Ponder. I was thoroughly impressed with him! He is an extremely talented Dr. when it comes to medical issues such as fibroids. He is a quiet man but in my honest opinion those are the type of physicians that take their job serious & give the best care to the patient. The day of my preop appt. My wife had surgery scheduled and at the last minute with no communication with her they rescheduled her surgery for an ultrasound and pre-op because they at some point realized she hadn’t had a pre-op. So we show up for surgery after both her and I have taken off work and took our vacation time, scheduled to have babysitters watch the kid, along with 3 million other things we prepped for her recovery time only to be told they aren’t doing it!
