Had to wait until acceptable time. Hurried through Dr visit, his nurse rude, come across condescending. I have never been treated so poorly in a Dr clinic.
He cared for my husband who had a very bad heart and kept him alive for More years than we could ever imagine. Absolutely the BEST heart doctor ever.
This survey is being typed by my spouse, who has to deal with the paperwork, ordering of medications, insurance etc. We have no issues with Dr. Mathias. We have huge issues with getting prescriptions ordered in a timely manner and in anyone calling us back. They work out of 3 offices so I don't know if that's an issue or not, but never can we get his meds faxed or called in quickly. This last time we started on the 17th of May and 23rd, 29th, 30th, still this morning not rec'd. No one calls.
I absolutely would recommend Dr. Mathias to family and friends. He is a very caring, compassionate Doctor that takes the time to talk to you and explain your condition to you. He has his nurse periodically follow up on you by calling you at home. The two of them are a team and the best, in my opinion.
