Tapp Rd location - crooks. They do not adhere to timely filing of insurance. I recieved a claim that was almost one year old and had to act FAST to ensure I did not have to pay entire amt out of pocket. I will NEVER go to one of these offices again. They were given my insurance card on the date of service and this had been pre approved by my insurance. Complete incompetence.
I have used My Eye Doctor for several years. The office on the east side is great! The office off of Tapp Rd. gives horrible customer service, I will never give them my business again.
