I had the pleasure of having my hair cut and colored at Jerome & Co. I hadn’t had a proper hair cut in many years due to wearing hair extensions and was recommended to see David. He did not disappoint! I was very nervous after so many years to have my haircut, but David was so patient and kind. I’ve been to Jerome twice now, and both times were chef’s kiss! Shoutout to Gabi, who brings all the fun vibes to your styling, and Alex, who makes sure you walk out looking and feeling like a total star. The whole team clearly loves what they do, loves working together, and most importantly, loves making you feel your absolute best.
I'm sad to give this review, as I support local businesses, but the truth is that I have only had my hair done professionally a handful of times, and I had my grey roots covered once here - the service wasn't bad, but the job simply got done and I felt bad for the young girl who did my hair because she seemed very unfamiliar or new. Wash, cut and blow dry. Probably 30 minutes. $165 plus $20 tip. Crazy expensive for that. Not impressed at all. Paying for fancy environment and cappuccino which I barely had time to sip. Rushed in and out.
Very nice, typically a good place but today I got my haircut and it was so long and I asked for long layers, dimension, and for it to stay long. Instead he cut seven inches and it is completely botched. I have never cried more about hair in my life. My suggestion would be to go to someone who will actually listen to what you ask for. Traumatized to say the least.
