Updating this review to reply to the owners reply to me. His correction was adding more highlights when I had plenty of highlights, and it would have damaged my hair as I explained to him. What I needed was for him to remove the toner that had made the Entire head look drab. He was unwilling to do that. That was the only option that would have corrected the problem. Thankfully, I have since gone elsewhere and they in three minutes, put a solution on my hair and pulled out the toner bringing back my blonde highlights. Jerome,... read more
The best! So thankful I discovered this salon. Great location, fantastic staff, wonderful clientele.
I just had the worst experience getting an updo at this salon. When I called to book, I specifically asked for an updo and was recommended a stylist who was described as “really good.” She had absolutely no idea how to do an updo. Halfway through, she even said, “It’s not working…” I understand the front desk wants to fill appointments, but telling clients someone is skilled when they’re not isn’t good business, it’s misleading.
