A year after my visit to the ER I receive a bill saying I owe over $2000 and letter saying I'm being turned over to collections. I paid the account in full over a month ago. Very poor customer support, rude and unhelpful. Every time I tried to speak I was spoken over and I would give zero stars if that was possible. This place is HORRIBLE

2/20/25 update This place is still great. Came in for another kidney stone and John, Mia, Mike and the other nurse and doctors who's names I forgoten were all great, caring and professional. Came in for possible kidney stone. Staff was super friendly and all were informative. Got in super quick

I went into the ER and was appalled by the level of incompetence. There also were continuous HIPPA violations concerning other patients while I was there. I was told that my series condition was not serious and that there was nothing ANYONE could do about it, when in reality, if this condition is not taken care of immediately with surgery, it continues to get worse and you lose all function. While I was there for 7 hours, little was done for me and while the doctor INITIALLY tried to coordinate care, the ER staff couldn’t fi... read more
