Gross dereliction of duty. Lack of concern and follow through for seriously ill patient standard practice. They diagnosed my mom with advanced stage pancreatic cancer and prescribed meds after the pharmacy was closed and then sent her home with four pain pills and no referral or information of any kind. Six days later she still has no meds no anti nausia or pain. She is in agony. Nobody has called or contacted for follow up of any kind. I absolutely love this ER especially because it’s almost impossible to get a doctor’s appointment if something comes up but I always get taken care of right away and I really appreciate that the people working in the ER are always down to earth and very helpful. I have never had to wait to be seen for more than 30 minutes and I am usually brought back sooner than that even. I have waited longer in the waiting room at my scheduled appointments before at a different establishment. I have actually waited for an hour in the wait... read more
