I received a cortisone shot in my hip, and the staff were kind, professional, and quick. One thing to note is that parking can be a little confusing, so I would recommend giving yourself some extra time. I wasn’t given any parking instructions beforehand, so I ended up parking on the side street and paid $4 for an hour, which was fine. Dr. Cottrill is excellent and very thorough. His explanations and procedures are very clear and concise. His demeanor with his patient is very comforting and sincere.
Always professional, kind and considerate. Listens well, explains everything in terms I understand and creates an action plan.
