Valuable business,I shall return for more alterations and pressings.
They faded a jacket that had no issues prior to their receipt and would not own up to the issue. Owner blamed it on the manufacturer. When I asked about replacing the jacket, the owner said that he couldn’t because if he replaced every item he messed up he wouldn’t be in business. Typical subpar customer service for this area. Would not take anything expensive to this place to have cleaned.
They're always friendly, always courteous, and they do great, timely, work with our clothes.
