Had Derek come out to check my aerobic system alarm, and it took him all of about 5 minutes to find some corroded pump wiring inside the tank, dude's a beast. Overall Jernan was very pleasant to deal with, no complaints whatsoever. Thanks guys
Called in late afternoon and they were able to make it to my house before the day was over. Showed up and diagnosed the issue within a minute and had the pump rebuilt within twenty minutes. Very professional, very friendly.
Definitely a great company, highly recommended sceptic service company. Took care of me in the matter of 1 day after all other companies couldn't do ot for over a week out. Friendly, timely and get job done without bothering customer. A++++ Forgot to mention, their prices are amazing
After being failed by a different septic company, I'm so glad I chose Jernan. Macy in the office along with Derek (field agent) made the process a nicer process. Unfortunately I'll need to connect to the city as my system is damaged but Derek explained the entire process to me in basic terms. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional!!!
