I really hate leaving negative reviews, but after giving Jernan Septic multiple chances to make things right, I feel it's necessary to share my experience. They came out to pump one of our septic tanks and diagnose another so we could get it back up and running. While they completed the pumping and talked a big game about fixing the other system, they never actually scheduled the repair. Had Derek come out to check my aerobic system alarm, and it took him all of about 5 minutes to find some corroded pump wiring inside the tank, dude's a beast. Overall Jernan was very pleasant to deal with, no complaints whatsoever. Thanks guys
